Mr. Tsui has 40 years of practical and professional experience in Wing Lung Bank. Since 1993, he has been in charge of the Treasury Department, responsible for controlling and supervising the operation of all the market activities in an attempt to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities. As Wing Lung Bank Asset and Liability Management Committee and the Management Committee of Investment, he was fully responsible for the bank's asset management and employee retirement funds.
