BWC Capital Markets and/or its subsidiaries ("BWC") are committed to protect the personal information which you provide.
BWC collect personal information from you through several means such as the use of enquiry and registration form. BWC may also automatically collect the Domain Name Server part of your email address and the pages visited (collectively “Data”).
The purposes for which Data (and other information) relating to customers may be used are as follows:
- providing services in connection with your account, whether the services are provided by or through, any member of BWC or any other person;
- ensuring customers' ongoing credit worthiness;
- designing financial services or related products for customers' use;
- observing any legal, regulatory or other requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law or regulations;

- forming part of the records of the person or member of BWC to whom the data may be passed; and

Personal data collected will be kept confidential, but BWC may disclose or transfer such information received form you to the following persons:
- any other members of BWC Capital Markets("BWC");
- any officer, employee, agent, contractor or third party who provides administrative, credit information, debt collection, telecommunications, computer, payment or other services to BWC in connection with the operation of their business;
- any financial institution with which the customer has or proposes to have dealings;
- any other person under a duty of confidentiality to BWC including a company within BWC which has undertaken to keep such information confidential
- any assignee, transferee, participant, sub-participant, delegate, successor or person to whom your account is transferred;
- any business partner of any member of BWC; and
- any person to whom BWC is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on BWC or any of the members within the BWC Group and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities with which BWC and/or any of its members are expected to comply.
You shall have the right of access to and to correct your personal data held. BWC may charge a reasonable fee for processing such data request. Such request for access to and/or correction should be sent to enquiry@bwc-cm.com.
